Services

  • Individual LGBTQIA+ & Queer Therapy

Individual therapy is available for members of the LGBTQIA+ and FLINTA community seeking support with sex, relationships, identity, trauma, and emotional wellbeing in a space that is queer-led, neuroaffirming, and culturally attuned.

This practice specialises in working with clients navigating gender and sexuality, non-monogamy, kink, BDSM, sex work, and the relational and emotional experiences that accompany them. Many clients also seek support around ADHD, autism, regulation, desire, intimacy, and relationship patterns within these contexts.

Sessions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and adaptable to individual needs, drawing from humanistic and feminist frameworks, DBT-informed skills, and relational approaches.

  • Queer & Sapphic Relationship Therapy (including non-monogamy & kink)

Relationship therapy is offered for LGBTQIA+ and FLINTA partnerships, with particular expertise in sapphic dynamics, non-monogamous relationships, and partners navigating kink, BDSM, or differing relationship expectations.

These sessions support partners to improve communication, navigate intimacy and desire, repair ruptures, and better understand each other’s needs through a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and practical lens. Kendall’s work is informed by Gottman Methods and grounded in relational understanding.

  • PMDD Clinical Consultation & Therapy

Kendall offers dedicated Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) clinical consultation sessions for individuals seeking informed, practical support for managing the emotional, relational, and psychological impacts of the condition.

This 90-minute specialist consultation is designed as a comprehensive review of your history, symptoms, current treatments, medications, and the ways PMDD is affecting your wellbeing and relationships. Drawing from her Master’s research on PMDD completed at Curtin University, her background as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, and both lived and professional experience supporting people with the condition, Kendall provides personalised recommendations and practical strategies for management based on current evidence and clinical insight.

For some people, this single session provides clarity, validation, and a clear direction for next steps in treatment and self-management. Others choose to continue with ongoing therapy to support the relational, emotional, and cyclical aspects of living with PMDD.

A written summary of recommendations can be provided upon request for you to share with your GP or treating team.

This service is available to anyone seeking specialist PMDD support.
